Fashion is fighting for the animals that are suffering from the oil spill. Ironic, because designers slaughter animals, yearly, to wear them as garments. However, Vogue Italia made it their mission, for August 2010, to put across a strong editorial, featuring photography by Steven Meisel capturing the beautiful Kristen McMenamy.
This is probably one of the greatest editorials I have seen published in a fashion magazine.
